Our rubbish removal service clears what the bin crew leaves behind: the old sofa, the mattress in the spare room, the boxes in the loft and the heap in the garage. We carry it out, load the van and leave the space clean.

What we take
If it is in the house and it needs to go, the answer is usually yes. Mattress removal or sofa removal is often what starts the call, and the rest of the room tends to follow.

Before we come
A small number of things cannot simply go in the van with the rest of the load, because they need special handling. Tell us if you have any of these and we will advise:
Not sure what something is? Take a photo of it and send it with the rest.
How it runs
You show us the load, we do the lifting.
Send a photo of the room, garage or pile through the quote form, or call 07834 527 855. Point out anything upstairs, heavy or awkward to reach.
We look at what you sent and come back with a price. If it suits you, we agree a day for the collection.
We carry everything down and out ourselves, so nobody has to drag a sofa to the kerb. We mind the door frames, banisters and walls.
When the last bag is on the van we sweep the floor or the drive, and you are left with a clear space.

Pricing
We do not work from a fixed list. We price each job from what you send, because 2 loads that look alike in a photo can be very different to move. These are the things that change the price:
For 2 or 3 bulky items you can carry to the front yourself, the council may suit you better. Epping Forest District Council runs a special collection for up to 10 items left on the boundary by 6.30am, as published on 15 October 2026. It does not collect from garages or covered storage, and it states that it cannot be used for clearances. That is the gap we fill.
Our rubbish removal prices page explains how a price is built in more detail.
Who calls us
Homes of every size, from a 1 bed flat to a house with a double garage.
The loft, the spare room or the garage has finally been tackled and the pile needs to leave before it creeps back in.
Furniture that will not fit the new place, and the boxes of things nobody wants to pack, cleared before or after the move.
Items left behind by tenants. For a whole property, see our real estate waste clearance page.
Questions
It depends on how much there is, what it is and how easy it is to reach. Send us a photo and we will come back to you with a price for the job. The prices page explains what moves the cost up or down.
Yes. No job is too large or too small, so a single mattress or 1 sofa is fine. A photo helps us see the size and where it is.
Yes. We clear garages of old furniture, bikes, boxes and broken tools. Tell us if there are gas bottles or chemicals in there, as those are handled separately.
No. We carry it out from the room or garage ourselves. Make sure we can get to it, and mention stairs or narrow passages when you send the photo.
For a few items it can work well. Epping Forest District Council takes up to 10 items left at the boundary by 6.30am, as published on 15 October 2026. It does not collect from garages or covered storage and is not for clearances.
Householders must take reasonable steps to check that whoever takes their waste is authorised to do so, under section 34(2A) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. You can check any waste carrier on the Environment Agency public register. Ours is CBDU525129, so you can look us up before we load anything.
