Who is responsible for your information

Easy Waste Clearance Ltd, company number 13231275, is the controller of the personal information you give us. That means we decide how it is used and we are responsible for looking after it.

What we collect

When you fill in our quote form, call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we may collect:

your name

your phone number

your email address

your town and postcode

the details you give us about the waste and the job

any photos you send us

Photos can show your home, your garden or your street. Where you can, keep people and car number plates out of shot; we only need to see the rubbish and how we get to it.

What we use your information for

We use your information to reply to you, to work out and send you a price, and to arrange and carry out any job you book with us.

Our lawful basis

UK data protection law says we need a lawful basis to use your information. We rely on 2:

Steps before a contract: when you ask us for a price, we need your details to give you one and to book the job if you go ahead.

Who sees your information and how long we keep it

Your information is seen by us, and by the services we use to receive it:

Webflow, which hosts our website and handles messages sent through the quote form.

WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us that way. WhatsApp handles your messages under its own privacy terms.

These providers may store information outside the UK. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any job that follows, and no longer than our accounting records require.
