Builders waste removal across Essex and London for rubble, hardcore, plasterboard and timber offcuts. We load it by hand from the drive, the front garden or the road, and take it away so the work can carry on.

The rules
Essex County Council does not accept business, trade or commercial waste at any of its recycling centres, as published on loveessex.org on 15 October 2026. A householder doing their own DIY can bring waste from their own home, but not waste from a tradesperson's work at the house. So the rubble from a new extension or a fitted kitchen has to go another way.
If you run a business, GOV.UK guidance (Managing your waste: an overview, read on 15 October 2026) says you must check that your waste carrier is registered and complete a waste transfer note for each load that leaves your premises. Ask any carrier you use, us included, how that note will be done before the first load goes. Our waste carrier number is CBDU525129, so you can check us first.

What we take
Rubble removal and hardcore removal are the heavy end of our work. We load bagged rubble, loose heaps and mixed site waste.
Check first
Some materials turn up on older buildings and cannot go in with general building waste. Tell us if you have any of these and we will advise:

How it runs
We fit around the trades already on site.
Show us the heap or the bags, and tell us where the van can stop and how far we will carry.
We work out the load and its weight from your photos and come back with a price for the collection.
We keep the access clear for your trades while we load, and take care not to damage drives, paths or new work.
The dust and grit where the heap stood is swept up before we go.
Pricing
With building waste, weight counts as much as space. A bag of broken brick weighs many times more than a bag of packaging, and the van fills up by weight long before it is full to the roof. We price each collection from what you send: the type of waste, how much there is and how far we carry it.
If you are weighing up a skip, our skip hire alternative page sets out when each makes sense. Our prices page explains how a price is built.

Who calls us
From a single bathroom to a full extension.
Firms that would rather keep their own van on the job than spend half a day queuing at a transfer station.
Old units, tiles and plasterboard collected at the end of the rip out. See also strip out waste removal.
A wall knocked through or a patio lifted, with more rubble than the car will ever carry.
Questions
Yes. A heap of rubble with nothing else is a normal job for us. Bagged or loose, tell us roughly how much there is and send a photo.
Yes. Say whether it is clean hardcore or mixed with other waste when you send the photo, so we can price it properly.
Not in Essex. Essex County Council accepts no business, trade or commercial waste at any of its recycling centres, as published on loveessex.org on 15 October 2026.
If the waste comes from a business, yes. GOV.UK guidance says a business must check its carrier is registered and complete a waste transfer note for each load that leaves its premises. We are registered under CBDU525129.
It depends mostly on weight, volume and access. Send us photos of the waste and where it is, and we will come back to you with a price.
Asbestos must not go in with general building waste. Leave it where it is, tell us what you have found and we will advise.
