Rubbish removal in Loughton IG10, from the High Road to the Debden estate. Flats between tenants, garages, bulky furniture and mixed loads, carried out by us and priced from the photos you send.

Loughton jobs
Send photos through the quote form or WhatsApp, or call 07834 527 855. Say which floor the rubbish is on and how close we can park.
Whatever the last tenant left: beds, a broken sofa, kitchen bits and bags of rubbish, cleared so the flat can be cleaned and relet.
Agree the job by photo while the keys are with the agent, and tell us at booking that it is business waste so the paperwork is covered.
We carry it out ourselves, down the stairwell and out to the van, taking care with walls, banisters and communal doors.
Wardrobes, corner sofas, bed bases and dining sets. If something needs taking apart to get through a door, tell us when you book.
Epping Forest District Council does not collect from garages (as published on 15 October 2026). We go in, empty it and sweep the floor.
The nearest tip turns vans away. Rather than hiring 1 and finding that out, send the load with us.

The nearest tip
For most of Loughton the closest tip is Chigwell Recycling Centre on Luxborough Lane, IG7 5AA, run by Essex County Council. Its rules, as published on 18 October 2026:
So a car boot of bags is fine. A flat's worth of furniture, or rubbish from a property you let out, is not something Chigwell will accept.
Price
For flats, access matters as much as the rubbish itself. A third floor walk up with a narrow stair takes longer to clear than the same load from a ground floor front room, and we would rather you heard that from us at the start.
So when you send your photos, add 3 details: which floor, whether there is a lift, and how far it is from the front door to where a van can stop. With that we can price the job properly before the day. The full picture is on our rubbish removal prices page.

Between tenants
The Debden estate was built from 1945 by London County Council. Picture a flat there after a tenant has moved out: a bed, a wardrobe, a sofa and 12 bin bags still inside, and the cleaners booked for the end of the week.
The landlord or agent sends photos of each room. We price it from those, agree a time to get in, carry everything down and leave the rooms empty and swept for the cleaners. Where the landlord lets as a business, a waste transfer note for that load belongs in their file.
For whole properties, see property clearance.
Coverage
We come from Theydon Bois, which is the next stop after Debden on the Central line. From there we cover all of IG10: the High Road and the streets around Loughton station, the Debden estate, and the roads out towards junction 5 of the M11 on the eastern edge of town.
If you are on the far side of the forest, our Theydon Bois page covers the village, and we also work in Chigwell to the south.

Council collection
Loughton sits in Epping Forest district, so the district council's special collection applies here. As published on 15 October 2026, it takes beds, mattresses, sofas, armchairs, white goods and similar items, up to 10 per address in any 6 months, priced from £34.80 for 1 to 3 items. Each item has to be light enough for 2 people to carry, and it must be out on the boundary by 6.30am.
If you have 2 or 3 pieces of furniture and can get them to the front, that is a sensible option. We make more sense when:
The day itself
On the High Road or in a block's parking area, we find the nearest legal spot and keep shared entrances clear.
We clear 1 room at a time, so you can see what has gone and stop us if something should stay.
Before we leave, we sweep the rooms and any shared stairs we carried through.
Questions
Yes, for landlords, agents and tenants moving out. Photos of each room are enough for us to price it.
Yes. We carry everything out ourselves. Tell us the floor and whether there is a lift so the price allows for it.
A business must keep a waste transfer note for each load that leaves its premises. Tell us at booking that the job is for a landlord or agent, and who the paperwork should go to.
Essex County Council says Chigwell Recycling Centre does not accept bookings for vans, pick ups or large trailers (read on 15 October 2026). Harlow is the nearest Essex site that takes booked vans.
We set off from Theydon Bois, the next stop after Debden, so Loughton is close to home for us. Give us the date you need and we will tell you if we can do it.
Yes. Epping Forest District Council's special collection refuses carpet and underlay (as published on 15 October 2026), so we take them as part of a load. Rolled and taped is easiest, but we can lift it for you.
