A commercial waste collection, or a regular household pickup, for homes and businesses whose waste builds up faster than the bins can take it. We are based in Theydon Bois near Epping and come weekly or monthly, on a pattern agreed with you. Show us what piles up and we will come back to you with a price.

What we take
Every place builds up something different. Tell us what yours is and we will say what we can take.
Black bags that will not fit in the bin before collection day, stacked somewhere we can reach them.
Flattened boxes, pallet wrap and packing from deliveries, the kind of waste that fills a trade bin in a day.
Old displays, broken fixtures, offcuts and damaged stock that will not go in a wheelie bin.
Bagged clippings and prunings for homes where one garden bin is nowhere near enough in the growing season.
Flats and shared houses where the bin store overflows between council collections and the bags spill onto the path.
An old chair, a broken shelf unit or a pile of timber, added to the next visit if you tell us beforehand.
How the job runs
Send photos of what a normal week or month leaves behind, and where it is kept: a bin store, a yard, a back room.
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on how fast it piles up. We agree the pattern and the visit day with you when you book.
We load everything that is out for us, sweep up after ourselves and leave the bin area tidy.
Busy season or quiet month, tell us when the amount changes and we change the pattern to match.
Duty of care
If your waste comes from a business, the business duty of care applies every time it leaves. The GOV.UK guide Managing your waste: an overview (updated 5 February 2025, read on 15 October 2026) says a business must check its carrier is registered and complete a waste transfer note for each load that leaves the premises.
Householders have a duty too. Under section 34(2A) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, you must take reasonable steps to check that anyone other than the council who takes your household waste is authorised to take it.
In both cases the check is the same: ask for a registration number and look it up on the Environment Agency public register before the first collection. Search for CBDU525129 and you will find us.

How it is priced
Photos of a typical load are the quickest way to a price. If the amount changes a lot from visit to visit, say so, and we will talk through how to price it fairly. The rubbish removal prices page explains how a price is put together.
Who uses it
Shops and cafes with more cardboard than the trade bin holds. Small offices and workshops. Landlords with shared houses where the bin store overflows. Busy households, and homes in the middle of a long project where rubbish gathers every week.
Only need one big clear out? Our household rubbish removal page covers single jobs at home, and builders waste removal covers rubble and site waste.

Questions
A bin is emptied on its own timetable and holds a set amount. A regular collection from us picks up what the bin cannot, on a pattern you agree with us.
Yes. Tell us how quickly the waste builds up and we will agree weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits, and the visit day, with you when you book.
We collect from businesses as well as homes. For business waste, GOV.UK guidance updated 5 February 2025 says you must check the carrier is registered and complete a waste transfer note for each load. We are registered under CBDU525129.
Tell us before the visit and we will price it in. A sofa or a fridge takes up more room than a few bags, so it can change the price for that visit.
On the amount, the type of waste, how often we come and how easy it is to reach. Photos of a typical load let us work it out.
